Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return Email us at patty@justjen.co.site to request a return. Do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care/beauty products
- Hazardous materials
Exchanges We recommend returning your item and placing a new order for the correct size or style.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at patty@justjen.co.site.
EU Customers Orders shipped to the European Union may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed.
